The CPHQ is scored across seven domains and they are not equal. Teaching time on this course follows that weighting rather than splitting evenly, which is a decision with a consequence: the two heaviest domains get the most hours, and the lightest gets the least. You can check it against NAHQ’s own content outline.

How the lessons are built
- ✓Around applying a method rather than defining it. Roughly 57% of the scored exam asks you to apply and 20% to analyse; only 23% is recall, and lessons built as a glossary meet a paper that wanted decisions.
- ✓With the reasoning spoken out loud — why this reading of a control chart and not the obvious one — because that is the part a textbook cannot carry.
- ✓Recorded, so a night shift or a fortnight of on-call stretches the plan instead of ending it. Nothing drips and nothing expires.
What he will not teach
- —That any regulator requires the credential. Accreditation creates demand for the skills; a mandate is a different claim, and the Saudi Arabia page says so in as many words.
- —A pass rate. NAHQ does not publish one, so any figure a provider quotes is unverifiable by definition.
- —That watching the videos is enough. The questions and a full timed mock are what turn understanding into a pass.
