When you’ll hear back
We reply to email within one working day, Sunday to Thursday. Messages sent over a weekend are answered on the next working day. If you have paid and are waiting on access, say so in the subject line and we will treat it as urgent.
Before you write
Eligibility, exam fees, scheduling and certification policy are set by the Healthcare Quality Certification Commission, not by us — the current rules are always at nahq.org. Refund questions are answered in the Refund Policy.
