Yalla CPHQ is an independent healthcare quality education and exam-preparation provider, reachable at hello@yallacphq.com.

The CPHQ credential is awarded by the Healthcare Quality Certification Commission (HQCC), the certifying arm of NAHQ. They set eligibility, fees, exam content and certification policy.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or accredited by either organisation, and we never claim to be. Nothing you buy here registers you for the exam or counts towards the credential. Confirm anything about eligibility or exam policy with nahq.org.

We do not guarantee that you will pass the CPHQ exam, and you should be sceptical of any provider who does. No preparation course controls the exam or its scoring. What we offer is teaching, practice and structure; the result depends on you and on the exam.

One payment gives one person access to the course you bought, for as long as the course exists, including the updates we make to it. There is no subscription and no renewal.

Access is personal. Sharing your login, or redistributing the lessons, questions or downloads, is what we ask you not to do — for team access, write to us and we will arrange licences properly.

Prices are shown on the course page and at checkout, in the currency stated there, and exclude any local taxes or bank charges your own institution may add. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe, or by bank transfer where offered. Course access opens once payment is confirmed; bank transfers open on receipt rather than on instruction.

Every course is refundable in full within 7 days of enrolling. The Refund Policy sets out how to ask and what happens next, and forms part of these terms.

Lessons, question banks, downloads and written material on this site belong to Yalla CPHQ. You may use them for your own study, including printing what you need. You may not republish, resell, or use them to teach others commercially without our written agreement.

We aim to keep the site and your course available continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service: maintenance happens, and so do failures at providers we depend on. Where an outage meaningfully deprives you of access we will put it right, by extending access or by refunding, as fits the situation.

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account that is being shared, used to redistribute material, or used in a way that damages the service for others — and where we do, we will say why.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site rather than made quietly, and the date at the top always reflects the current version. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a purchase you have already made.
