What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to get it removed. Written to be read rather than skimmed past.

What we collect

When you buy a course: your name, email address and phone number, taken on the checkout page, plus the order itself — what you bought, when, and for how much.

When you ask for something free: your email address, and your name where the form asks for it.

While you study: which lessons you have opened and completed, and your answers to practice questions, so the course can show you your progress.

Automatically: ordinary web server records — IP address, browser, and the pages requested — kept to keep the site running and secure.

What we never see

Card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, and the card fields on our checkout page belong to Stripe rather than to us: the number, expiry and security code go directly to them and never reach our servers. We receive only the result of the payment, the card type, and its last four digits.

Why we hold it

To take payment and give you the access you bought; to send the transactional emails a purchase requires — a receipt, an access link, a password reset; to support you when you write to us; and to keep the accounting records the law requires of a business that takes money.

If you opt in, we also send occasional emails about courses and free lessons. That is separate from the transactional emails above, and every one of them carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes payments and holds the card data we never see.

Our email provider delivers the messages we send you.

Our hosting provider runs the servers this site and its database sit on.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Cookies and measurement

The site sets the cookies it needs to work — keeping you signed in, and remembering your basket. Those cannot be switched off without breaking the thing they support.

We may also use analytics to understand which pages are useful. Where those are active they are named in the cookie notice on the site, and you can decline the non-essential ones without losing access to anything you have paid for.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is typically several years. Course progress is kept while you have access to the course. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@yallacphq.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not remove the order records we are legally required to keep, but it removes everything else.

Children

This is professional training for people working in healthcare. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so on the site rather than quietly reissuing it. The date at the top always reflects the current version. See also the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
