Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the moment you enrol to decide. If the course is not what you needed, email hello@yallacphq.com from the address you bought with, and we refund the full amount you paid.

Watching lessons does not void the refund. The window exists so you can work through the first lessons before committing — using it is the point.

One email is enough. Include the address you enrolled with so we can find the order; the order number helps but is not required. You do not need to explain why, though if something specific was wrong we would genuinely like to know.

We reply to confirm, and the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears — usually within 5 to 10 working days, and outside our control once we have released it.

Access to the course ends when the refund is issued. Anything you downloaded while enrolled remains yours to keep for personal study.

Past the window we do not refund as a matter of course, because access is lifetime and there is no ongoing charge to stop. If something has genuinely gone wrong — a technical fault you could not work around, a duplicate charge, a payment you did not authorise — write to us anyway. Those are different situations and we treat them as such.

Orders paid by bank transfer are refundable on the same terms. The transfer back goes to the account the payment came from, and any bank charges on the return are deducted from the amount refunded, since we do not control them.

Yalla CPHQ is an independent exam-preparation provider. Fees you pay directly to NAHQ or HQCC — exam registration, membership, rescheduling — are theirs, not ours, and refunds on those follow their policy rather than this one.

No preparation course can guarantee an exam result, and not passing the CPHQ exam is not in itself grounds for a refund under this policy. See the Terms of Service.

Nothing here reduces the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you buy from. Where that law gives you a longer or stronger right of withdrawal than the 7 days above, that right applies.
