NAHQ membership changes the exam fee. Whether it is worth it depends on their current tiers and on whether you would use the membership for anything else. Do that arithmetic on their page, not ours.

A retake, if it happens
A resit means a second exam fee. That is the practical argument for sitting a full timed mock before you book the date — the mock costs you nothing and tells you whether to wait.
Paying from Egypt

Candidates in Egypt lose more time to a declined card than to the material. Both payments are in US dollars, so the fix is the same for both — and it is worth sorting out before you sit down to buy rather than at the checkout.

Is the CPHQ recognised in Egypt?
It is the internationally recognised credential for healthcare quality, and it is valued by accredited private groups and by Gulf employers recruiting from Egypt. Be careful with any claim that a particular Egyptian body requires it — accreditation creates demand for the skills, which is not the same thing as mandating the certificate.
Is the course in English or Arabic?
English, because the exam is in English and practising in the exam's language is part of the preparation. Terminology is explained rather than assumed — for most candidates the difficulty is the analytics, not the language.
How long does the course take while I am working clinically?
There are 22 lessons and about 18 hours of teaching, plus the practice on top. How long that takes depends entirely on the hours you can protect each week; nothing expires, so a heavy month stretches the plan rather than wasting the fee. NAHQ publishes its own preparation-time guidance, which is worth reading alongside this.

Work through the first two lessons. If it is not what you needed, email us inside 7 days and we refund in full.
Will my employer pay for it?
Often, in accredited and accrediting facilities, because a certified quality professional is directly useful at survey. Ask for an invoice before you pay rather than trying to claim afterwards, and make the case in terms of survey readiness rather than personal development.
