What is the CPHQ certification?
CPHQ is the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality credential, awarded by the Healthcare Quality Certification Commission, the certifying arm of NAHQ. It is the recognised credential for people working in healthcare quality, patient safety, accreditation and performance improvement.
Do I need to study online, or are there live classes?
Every course here is online and self-paced. Nothing drips, nothing expires and there is no cohort to keep up with — you can start in one month and sit the exam several months later if that is what your rota allows.
How long do I keep access?
Access is for the life of the course, including the updates made to it. There is no subscription and no renewal: one payment, and future additions to the library you bought are included.
What if the course is not right for me?
Every course is refundable in full within 7 days of enrolling, with no form to fill in and no reason required. Watching the lessons does not void it — working through the first ones before deciding is the point of the window.
